Narrative Description of Project:                                                                                    

Sustainable Capacity Building for Decentralization’ (SCBD) is a cross-sector program of institutional capacity building for local governments with the principal goals are:  

(1)     More efficient delivery and maintenance of public facilities in accordance with minimum service standards of the GOI

(2)     More efficient promotion of equitable economic development

(3)     More efficient management of poverty reduction programs

(4)     Institutionalization of good governance practices

-        Formulation the Governor Regulation about  Good Governance Policy Implementation

-        Formulation Strategic framework of  Minimum Standard Service Implementation

-        Formulation  The Guidance  on  the Gender Mainstreaming Implementation

-        Formulation the guidance on monitoring and evaluation system for good governance implementation

-        Formulation the guidance on monitoring , evaluation and supervision of Minimum Standard Service Implementation
