The Project of Bandar Lampung Water Supply System was built in the scheme of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The project was held to build an intake of raw water intake (intake) with a capacity of 825 liters/sec. This project is planned to produce a Drinking Water Supply System with a capacity of 750 liters/sec, transmission pipes, reservoirs, and distribution pipelines for pump systems and supporting facilities.

This project has an output capacity of 750 liters/second with the quality of drinking water to meet the needs of drinking water as much as approximately 60,000 House Connections (SR) in 8 (eight) districts in the city of Bandar Lampung which include the districts of Rajabasa, Labuhan Ratu, Way Halim, Kedaton, Tanjung Senang, Sukarame, Sukabumi, and Kedamaian, 24 hour service available.

The Managing Entity (PJPK) will carry out the Project with a Build, Use and Delivery scheme for a period of 25 (twenty-five) years from the Commercial Operation Date with an estimated investment cost of the BUDP Project of Rp. 700,000,000,000,- (seven hundred billion Rupiah). Through the Cooperation Agreement for the Development, Operation, and Maintenance of Drinking-Water Supply Systems in Bandar Lampung City Number: KU / 391 / PDAM / 08 / II / 2018, between the Way Rilau Regional Drinking Water Company (as the Responsible for Project Cooperation or "PDAM" and PT Adhya Tirta Lampung (as an Implementing Business Entity or "BUP") In the preparation of DEDs and the Construction of Water Projects, supervision is needed to maintain the quality of the results carried out by DED Consultants and Contractors through Work Order No .: 05 / ATL / IV / 2018. , PT Adhya Tirta Lampung assigned PT Kogas Driyap Consultant as an Independent Supervision Consultant.

Services provided in the assignment:

  • Supervise, monitor and inspect the Work and implementation of design and construction obligations by ATL or Party III designated by ATL;
  • Review and determine whether the details of the Design Document, Approval and revision of the AMDAL that have been approved (if any) have met the Design and Technical Specifications;
  • Monitor and inspect the Work to determine whether the Project Completion Phase by ATL or the Third Party designated by ATL complies with the Project Completion Phase Schedule;
  • Review and determine whether the Operational and Maintenance Procedures prepared by ATL or the Third Party designated by ATL meet the requirements of Article 11.2 (Operational and Maintenance Procedures) of the Cooperation Agreement;
  • Participate in the Commissioning Test of the Facility and JDU and JDB Pump System tests and determine whether the PDAM can issue an acceptance certificate to ATL;
  • Provide recommendations to PDAMs whether ATL or Third Party designated by ATL can be given an extension of time to achieve the Project Completion Phase;
  • Make reports / notes and analysis on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and submit these records and analysis reports to the PDAM and ATL monthly or at any time based on the reasonable request from the PDAM or ATL;
  • Carryout checks in connection with the implementation of ATL or Party III obligations designated by ATL in accordance with Article 22.1 (Monitoring and Inspection) of the Cooperation Agreement;
  • Carryout other duties and functions as stipulated in the Cooperation Agreement or as assigned to it based on the agreement of the Parties and the PDAM; and
  • Certifies compliance with the Project Completion Phase in order to disburse Project Feasibility Support
